We are anle to provide an online proof of delivery service which allows our clients the flexibility to use their own or in fact, any numbered paperwork for their deliveries.
Recognising that the signed paperwork is of prime importance for goods delivered, this system reduces the possibility of lost or missing paperwork, speeds up POD feedback and improves overall delivery efficiencies.
All notes for freight received into the depot are immediately entered into our computer system.
The freight is loaded onto each delivery vehicle according to the notes.
Each driver's run of notes is assigned against the truck number.
Once drivers complete the run their notes are entered back into the system as POD's and other details are added.
- Clients can use any numbered paperwork - packing slip, invoice, pick list or freight note.
- This paperwork is able to be tracked at any stage of the process.
- Information on POD's is accessible immediately.
- A summary of individual con-note charges accompanies your periodic statement.
- Shortages and discrepancies are noted immediately.
- Able to identify and contact the driver responsible for a particular delivery very quickly.
- The client's own paperwork is signed by the receiver and a copy retained for reference.
